You deal with the pro from there: their quote, their schedule, their contract, their license and insurance. You are under no obligation to hire anyone.
What We Are — and Are Not
- We are a free matching and referral service for customers.
- We are not the company performing your Mold Inspection work.
- We are not a party to any contract between you and the pro.
- We do not set prices, schedules, or warranties — the pro does.
How We Make Money
Customers never pay us. The independent professionals in our network compensate us for qualified referrals. This never affects your price: the quote you receive comes from the pro, exactly as if you had found them yourself.
Vetting
We work only with independent professionals who represent that they carry general liability insurance and do moisture assessment and sampling work full-time. (Note: North Carolina does not issue a specific mold-inspector license.) Because credentials can change, we encourage you to ask your pro about their experience and insurance before work begins.
